Pale Blue Eyes - New Place

1. Eligibility

• • This competition is open to residents worldwide, except where prohibited by law.
  • Entrants must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to participate.

2. How to Enter

• • To enter, purchase any physical format of New Place from the Pale Blue Eyes store before 4pm (GMT) on Thursday, 13th March 2025.
  • One entry per order. Multiple orders will count as multiple entries.
  • No purchase necessary. To enter without purchase, simply sign up with your name and email in the box at the top of the page.

3. Prize

• • One winner will receive:
    • A signed vinyl test pressing of New Place.
    • Original handwritten lyrics from the album.
  • The prize is non-transferable and has no cash alternative.

4. Winner Selection & Notification

• • The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries and notified via email within 7 days of the competition closing.
  • If the winner does not respond within 7 days, a new winner may be selected.

5. General Terms

• • By entering, participants agree to these terms and confirm they have read and understood the privacy policy.
  • The promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the competition if necessary.
  • This competition is governed by UK law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
